CCC Plus - Medicaid

Beginning on August 1, 2017, Medicaid insurance plans began changing for some individuals. Those included in the change were enrolled in a new Medicaid program called the Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus Program (CCC Plus).

CCC Plus is a managed long-term services and supports program, which is intended to serve individuals with complex care needs.

Six insurance companies provide coverage under this new Medicaid program, and individuals can choose the insurance company that best meets their needs:

The program is rolling out in phases and will be fully implemented statewide by January 1, 2018.
