Help is just a phone call away!

To access services at CBH, please call the appropriate Central Access department based on the locality you live in:

  • Adults ages 18 and older in James City or Williamsburg: 757-220-3200
  • Adults ages 18 and older in Poquoson or York: 757-898-7926
  • Children and adolescents under age 18 in James City, Poquoson, Williamsburg, or York: 757-253-4047

Central Access staff will complete a brief telephone screening to determine whether our services meet your needs. If you are eligible for services, you will be schedule for an intake with a licensed clinician. They will also ask you for insurance information or explain what you need to bring to determine eligibility for reduced fees if you do not have insurance.

Determining Eligibility for Reduced Fees

If you do not have insurance and are seeking reduced fees for services, please bring the following documents to your assessment:

  • Proof of where you live (ex. utility bill, driver's license or photo ID with address, etc.)
  • One month’s paystubs or a 2023 W-2
  • Food and Shelter form if you live in someone else's home
