SUD Counseling

This is a 16-week program designed to help individuals develop healthier lifestyle choices and increase their awareness of the impact of their substance use on their physical and emotional health, family and social life, work and education, financial stability, and mental health/spiritual values.

This is a 12-week group designed to help individuals examine their thoughts, feelings, and actions that led to their relapsing on alcohol/mood-altering drugs and to develop the skills, abilities, and support network they need to promote recovery.

This is a 12 to 16 week group designed to help women identify the impact of their substance use on their lives, develop healthier relationships, improve their daily coping skills, learn to communicate assertively, promote healing from past traumas, etc.

This 16-week group takes a comprehensive approach to co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. It covers topics such as coping skills, symptom management, stages of change, relapse prevention, and effective decision-making skills.

This program uses the Bio-Psycho-Social approach and the Twelve-Step recovery model to help individuals who are experiencing significant problems related to their use of alcohol and/or mood-altering drugs. The program offers intensive counseling, psycho-education, case management and peer support services to facilitate recovery.
