Child and Adolescent Case Management
What is Case Management?
Case Management links children and their families to mental health resources, family supports, and community based services. Case Management coordinates services and assists with communication between service providers.
How does the program work?
Services are flexible and provided at different levels of intensity, from once a month to daily, depending on the child's or teen's needs.
Who may benefit from these services?
Children and teens from age 6 to 18, who have emotional, behavioral, or developmental issues are eligible for Case Management services. Children who are at risk of developing emotional or behavioral issues may also be eligible for services.

- Education regarding resources, medication and emotional needs
