In May 2021, Colonial Behavioral Health (CBH) adopted a new electronic health record (EHR); and a new patient portal, My HealtheLife, was launched in 2022.

As a result of this change, the InteliChart patient portal is available for review purposes only and not actively receiving information pertaining to your services.
To sign-up for a My HealtheLife account and/or access your InteliChart patient portal, please follow the instructions below.

To set up a My HealtheLife account, please see Support Staff before or after your appointment. You will then receive an email invitation for the My HealtheLife Portal.

If you previously registered for the Intellichart patient portal and know your PIN and password, you can still view your historical information and services within Intelichart up until April 30, 2021.

If you did not receive a PIN to Intelichart prior to April 30, 2021,you will not be able to gain access to the Intelichart patient portal at this time.

If you need copies of your medical record, please call CBH at 757-220-3200 and ask to speak to someone in the Health Information Management Department.
