Notice - Fees & Collection Process
Colonial Behavioral Health fees and collection processes:
- The minimum sliding scale fee for outpatient services will be $10.00.
- Individuals who do not pay their co-pay will be unable to schedule any follow-up appointments until they are up-to-date on payment.
- We accept all forms of payment at the window or you can also make a payment online.
- Please let us know of any changes with your insurance or contact information (address and telephone numbers).
