Substance Use Disorder (SUD)

SUD Case Management is a service available to adults with a primary diagnosis related to substance use or co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns. SUD case management can assist an individual in navigating and connecting to different resources in the community, as well as to maximize the benefit they get from treatment options available to them at CBH.

IOP provides a safe, supportive place for adults, 18 and older, who are experiencing significant problems related to their use of alcohol and/or mood-altering drugs.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines the use of medications and behavioral therapy to individuals with opioid use disorders. MAT is a safe and effective option to provide physical relief from opioid cravings—it is even safe for women who are pregnant.

Lived experience and success in recovery can provide hope and help that wellness is achievable. A peer support is a self-identified person with lived experience of a mental health condition and/or substance use disorder who is in successful and ongoing recovery and committed to helping other find their path.

Treatment services for pregnant and parenting women, age 18 and over, and their family members. Pregnant women are given priority and are seen within 48 hours of referral.

Offering a range of services including individual and group counseling for people who are trying to grow in their recovery.
