National Prescription Drug Take Back Day 2019

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day addresses a crucial public health and safety issue by providing safe and convenient means of disposing of unused, unwanted, and expired prescription drugs.

This is a FREE service to the community. This program is anonymous and no questions will be asked. Sharps/needles will only be accepted at the Williamsburg Fire Department location *.

 Saturday, April 27
  10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Only prescription solid dosage medications (i.e. tablets and capsules) will be accepted. 

Poquoson Pharmacy Parking Lot

Only prescription pills and patches will be accepted.

Prescription and over-the counter medications, in pill, patch and liquid form will be accepted. Liquids should be in sealed containers. Sharps containers will also be available for the disposal of sharps and needles.
