Additionally, she utilizes mindfulness, meditation and yoga practices to facilitate an individual’s road to recovery.

She has previous experience working as a Crisis Intervention Trainer for the City of Chesapeake and gained military experience through eight years of service in the U.S. Army Reserves Medical Service Corps. Ms. Zaneveld facilitates the intensive outpatient program at the York-Poquoson Office.
