National Prescription Drug Take Back Day - Spring 2021

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day addresses a crucial public health and safety issue by providing safe and convenient means of disposing of unused, unwanted, and expired prescription drugs. This is a FREE service to the community. This program is anonymous and no questions will be asked. 

* Sharps/needles will only be accepted at the Williamsburg Fire Department location.

SATURDAY, April 24  10 A.M. – 2 P.M.

Only prescription solid dosage medications (i.e. tablets and capsules) and Vaping pens and cartridges without internal batteries will be accepted. 

Poquoson Gifts Parking Lot

Only prescription pills, patches and Vaping pens and cartridges without internal batteries will be accepted.

Prescription and over-the counter medications, in pill, patch and liquid form will be accepted. Liquids should be in sealed containers. Sharps containers will also be available for the disposal of sharps and needles. Vaping pens and cartridges without internal batteries will be accepted.
